The equipment we use is a 2020 Terex trommel or rotary screen, one of the most effective screening processes. We have multiple size aperture barrels which can screen almost any size required.
Services include weekly hire operation, wet or dry hire. We also provide full contract screening with a known cost per m3 processed.

We can screen dry or damp materials
Depending on the materials type we either use a loader, positrack or excavator to load the materials into the hopper. Once the hopper is loaded, the materials feed through into the barrel where it is thrown and lifted to separate the particles. The raw materials continue through the 5.5mtr long barrel, screening along the way.
Two materials are conveyed into separate piles: the larger filtered material and the screened to desired particle size.
