Waste Reduction

Good for the environment, and for your bottom line.

What is involved?

Using our trommel, excavators and loaders we separate the waste for either reuse onsite or recycling. We find the best possible, cost-effective solution. Our mission is to reduce waste, reduce landfill and reduce costs.

Partake in the circular economy

Recycle what doesn't need to go into landfill

Have your waste sorted (literally and metaphorically)

01

The Process

The collection of waste material is reviewed. Depending on major materials type, the mechanical screening barrel is selected. We may need to screen the materials twice to two different particle sizes, producing minus material such as crushed rock, soil and fill and oversize such as concrete, timber, bricks, metal and more.

02

Your waste is separated

The waste material is loaded into the hopper and physical size separation is achieved as the feed material spirals down the rotating drum, where the undersized material smaller than the screen apertures passes through, whilst the oversized material exits at the other end of the drum.

03

Ready to use, recycle or dispose of

The light weight contaminants such as plastics are conveyed with the larger oversize material to be sorted by mechanical means.

The remaining separated materials are either sorted into bins and trucks or reused onsite.
